# Step 3 - Add Avalanche network to MetaMask

This tutorial presents how to add the Avalanche network to your metamask and interact with the C-chain.

1\. Select “**Custom RPC**”.

2\. **Copy** and **Past** the below information before clicking on “**Save**”:

**Network Name**: Avalanche Network

**New RPC URL**: <https://api.avax.network/ext/bc/C/rpc>

**Chain ID**: 0xa86a

**Symbol**: AVAX

**Explorer**: <https://cchain.explorer.avax.network/>

3\. You are now able to use Avalanche network on **Metamask.**
