# UGM Faucet

### **What is UGM Faucet**

When someone is [entitled a NFT](/nft-utilities/underground-moods-releases.md) after a purchase on [www.undergroundmoods.com](https://undergroundmoods.com/), they will receive a message with instructions on how to redeem the NFT reward. 

In cases where the user does not redeem their entitled NFT in time, the specific NFT will be released for free in the UGM Faucet channel on [Underground Moods Arts Club](https://discord.gg/E3qJJm5B6y) through specific events.

It does not matter rarity or exclusivity of the NFT, if its not redeemed initially it will be given to the community. The specific events to obtain the NFTs will change in format from time to time.
